The psychology behind fear is always seen as poor awareness.
I'm talking about those moments we get freak out from little things from our enviroment.
Is this normal?
The only answers we receive in a complex research on the internet are the biological, physical and chemical causes for this "fight or flight" response.
From my experience this is not "something you can't change".

Our attention is not capable to discerne real danger from simple noizes that take us by surprize.
Our mind is full of thoughts all the time, so we are not aware of what s happening around us.
Practicing meditation without any religion connotation is a good exercice.. like reading and being focused on what you have to learn, in this case you learn to be there whereever you are, not lost in your mind.
I did that!
